The new door we ordered looked even better in person than it did in the impressive catalog, Dustin and Jacob installed it to perfection with an incredible attention to detail and care for our home, and went above and beyond any reasonable call of duty to ensure that EVERYTHING was perfect. You advised me you could have a guy out in the morning @0800. Not only was he on time, he called me to say he was on his way. I like that a lot, communication is the key with me. As you stated the service call fee as well as the tech (Brett ?forgive me I’m awful with names at first), as I do know well about service call fees and have no issues. He looked at my situation and quickly got started. That service call fee has my door working better than when this house was built! “My neighbors who just moved into their house a little over a month now. then went to shut the garage and it came off track. another company was called but never showed up in the time they said they would. I went to my neighbors and told them I had the right person for the job. called Dustin and he was there in 10 minutes and he was able to get the door back on track so that he could close it. Unfortunately, they need a new garage door but Dustin was polite and professional and even educated them about the door they have now and what was wrong and mostly not safe.
